VFM Leonardo is a technology leader in online visual content management and distribution systems. Our core products VScape® and VBrochure™ leverage the distribution capabilities of the VNetwork™, the most universally accepted and largest online visual content distribution network for the global travel industry. The VNetwork enables hotels and hotel chains to distribute and display photos, virtual tours and videos in front of millions of in-market travel shoppers online.

 

Our visual content distribution solution currently serves over 1,000,000 images and rich media (virtual tours, video, flash, etc.) for 85,000 hotels worldwide to every GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo and Worldspan), Pegasus Solutions and over 30,000 travel and travel-related websites including virtually every major online travel agency such as Travelocity, Expedia, Orbitz, Priceline, Concur, and Booking.com, as well as major non-OTA sites such as Tripadvisor, Kayak, Yahoo!, AOL, Google, YouTube and more.

 

VFM Leonardo’s VScape platform is utilized by nearly all major hotel chains and representation companies globally to manage and distribute visual content for their hotels, including Best Western, Carlson, Choice, Fairmont, Hilton, IHG, Leading Hotels of the World, SynXis, TravelClick, Utell, Wyndham and many more.

2007 VFM is selected by Sabre Travel Networks, the world's largest GDS, and Travelocity, to provide a complete solution for the sourcing, management and distribution of their hotel photos, videos, virtual tours and other hotel rich media

2006 VFM releases Vscape® Image Compare, bringing innovative new technology to image distribution which automates the comparison of images to eliminate duplication

VFM launches Vscape® Media Manager, a proprietary web-based digital still image and rich media management and distribution solution. Le Meridien and Best Western are beta clients

VFM launches its distribution service on Travelocity, Priceline.com and Yahoo!

VFM reaches a new benchmark by raising a new $3 million from JL Albright Venture Partners, a major and highly regarded Canadian venture capital firm
2003

VFM adds Orbitz and TripAdvisor to distribution network
 

VFM launches new technology platform and multimedia distribution service, allowing hotels to distribute videos, 360° virtual tour images and still photos to VFM partner travel sites


The Company changes its name to VFM Interactive Inc. to reflect change in strategy to focus more on online distribution of hotel rich media rather than primarily production

Company receives first brand order for hotel online video tours from Wyndham and begins to distribute its hotel clients’ videos beyond their own Web sites to a few travel Web sites
